-1 Power Clean
-1 Front Squat
-1 Push Jerk
-1 Back Squat
-1 Back Jerk

Part 2:

As Many Rounds And Reps As Possilbe in 15 Minutes

-3 Bear Complex at 70% of Part 1
-6 Ring Muscle ups
-9 Burpee Facing Hops
-60 Double Unders
