For two years, Ocean State CrossFit has hosted weekly workouts for the Bombers Elite, an all-start group of youth softball players from around the State of Rhode Island.
The workout program focuses on proper mechanics and technique for youth athletes, to develop physical competence on field, and learn a foundational knowledge of weightlifting and exercise.
Since training at Ocean State CrossFit, athletes from the Bombers Elite have won numerous tournaments around New England, and have sent several players to the Little League World Series.

For two years, Ocean State CrossFit has hosted weekly workouts for the Providence Women’s Rugby Club, a Division-Two adult rugby team.
The workout program focuses on endurance, strength, and physicality, as it pertains to performance in the sport of rugby.
Since training at Ocean State CrossFit, the athletes improved their strength by measuring the load of foundational lifts, their stamina by performing intense cardio sessions, and their ability to meet the physical demands of the rigorous sport of rugby.
