Athletic Development:

Part 1:

Death By:

-Ring Muscle Ups
-Burpees to Target

Even minute: pull-up from the muscle up progression

Odd minute: Burpees

Perform the Death By as usually prescribed, by doing 1 rep of each movement on the first set, then two reps of each movement on the second set, etc.

Work for at least 16 mintues (clear the set of 8) If you need to modify the reps or the movements to allow for 8 sets, so be it, but try to use movements you will be at maximum output in a Death By rep set of 8 reps.

Part 2:

2 min on to work, 1 min off to transition

-Bike for Calories
-Alternating Pistols
-Row for Calories
-Single Handed Overhead Dumbbell Squat
-Double Unders
