CrossFit Kids: Forging The Future Of Fitness!

15259742_922464804550232_7191749899255276530_oOcean State CrossFit Kids is a program designed to get your kids off the couch and into the gym, while having fun with fitness and learning how to exercise from a young age.

With 1 in 3 children in the United States obese, and numbers on the rise, we take a special pride in helping young athletes stay healthy!

We offer two programs: a Kids Program, ages 6-12, and a Teens Program, ages 12-18.

The Kids Program uses functional movement patters with little or no resistance, to teach young athletes the basics of proper athletic movement and mechanics. The methodology of this class is designed to teach the kids through abstract workouts, such as playing fitness-movement games, so the kids learn while HAVING FUN!

The Teens Program graduates from the un-loaded Kids Program, and teaches athletes the mechanics and technique behind athletic resistance training. Technique must be mastered before increasing load, and athletes in this program develop the passion for fitness that helps them through life as much as on the athletic field.

From kids who have never worked out or played sports, to elite level field sport youth athletes, our coaches work passionately to help your children develop fitness at a young age!
