Athletic Development: Endurance Day

Part 1: 15 minutes

Warm Up

This routine has  long time intervals at each movement, which are specifically from previous years’ Open routines.

Therefore, spend a little more time than usual preparing for this routine. Figure out your movement patterns with a plan on how to get the most possible reps for the time allotted for each movement. Is doing 10 unbroken Toes to Bar a good strategy if it means you end with singles?

How can you get the most work done in 3:30 seconds? Figure that out in your warm-up and preparation.

0:00-3:30 Row for Calories
4:00-7:30 Toes to Bar (modified to difficult abs()
8:00-11:30 Wallballs 20/14 to 10/9 feet
12:00-15:30 Squat Snatch 165/115 (modify to moderate weight or Power Snatch) 
16:00-19:30 Box Jumps 24/20
20:00-23:30 Burpees to 6-inch Overhead Target
