What is a WOD?

Workout Of the Day. This is our original CrossFit programming, drafted by Owner/Coach Ray Fleser. Our WODs incorporate all aspects of General Physical Preparedness; no stone of fitness will be left unturned with regular attendance at our WODs.

Will I be sore?

Because you will be learning new movements and new levels of intensity, you will be sore from your workout, that is perfectly normal! That is why it is so important to start slow, and learn proper mechanics and technique before increasing load and intensity. Movement quality is always more important than movement quantity or load.
